Global agility occupies the center-stage for developing leaders
WHY?
With domestic markets maturing, globalization has enabled organizations to quickly gain access to new markets to thrive beyond their borders. However, one of the foremost challenges lie in building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline to support growth aspirations. For South-East Asian organizations to thrive, they must excel in talent recruitment and development to accomplish their “global expansion” aspirations.
The need for talents with multiple skills sets especially the ability to help a business grow in foreign markets is what keeps global businesses ahead and in the preparation of a talent pipeline, companies must not only be able to adapt to the shifting demographics and workforce preferences, but they must also contend with an ever-increasing global competition for talents. When this happens, it is important for these companies to develop “Global Talents” in-house as a key strategic business objective.
WHAT?
Dibta’s Global Talent program (GTP) is designed to help your organisation develop a talent pipeline with the required global work experience and exposure to effectively and sustainably address your organization’s talent challenges. We do this by grooming your own “Global Talent” candidates with Relevant & Required Mindset (Global Mindset), Knowledge, Skills & Tools to successfully embark & complete the Learning Journey Internship to support your organization’s aspirations, be it expansion into new territories or protecting industry-leadership positions.
HOW?
This Program is structured into 2 phases with masterclasses, internship, action learning projects, coaching, and certification completion.
Phase 1 : 3 months internship at selected global locations, specifically chosen to provide the platform for developing self and identifying possible business opportunities for the organization.
Phase 2 : 3 months ‘Application of Learning’ exercise, back at home location, to harvest the acquired learning and demonstrate the newly developed global talent competencies for certification.
