Innovation

Advanced Systematic Inventive Thinking (ASIT)

Advanced Systematic Inventive Thinking (ASIT) is a revolutionary creative thinking method that was developed by the Tel-Aviv University and is an improved and perfected version of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) which was a method invented by the Russians.

ASIT consist of two rules and five thinking tools that help us find solutions that are not only effective and efficient, but also creative and original. Instead of telling us to “think out of the box”, ASIT shows us a completely NEW box. It is a method made up of clear & well-defined instructions that shows how to analyze a problem and approach the inventive solution step by step. It has well-defined rules to check if our ideas are unique, original and creative.

ASIT Offers:

  • Solve problems and invent new products in a way you never thought possible.
  • Become a serial producer of bright ideas.
  • Gain an unfair advantage over your competition.
Be a part of a vibrant, intelligent, creative community that thinks like you.
  • Teach others (including your kids!) how to become more creative.
  • Win the admiration of your colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.

ASIT has been used by international organizations such as Ford Motor Company, Intel, Motorola, LG, FedEx, leading universities and others who practice creative thinking using ASIT to invent on demand. ASIT has been academically proven with empirical tests have shown dramatic improvement in the capability of solving problems creatively. ASIT is also a fully credited academic course at several universities in Israel & US.

iKNOWVASI Series

KNOWVASI series is Dibta Group’s custom built program designed to enable participants to undertake and complete business innovation projects after acquiring the competencies and skills required to find and locate problems and opportunities for innovation, locate the root cause and to utilize tools to generate creative and innovative solutions.

At the heart of iKNOWVASI is our FLIPE methodology which is a step by step process that begins with Finding & Locating issues/problems or opportunities within the organization to work on, then moving on to generating creative and innovative solution, then Planning the implementation of this solution and finally Evaluating the impact of the solution.

The FLIPE process includes simplified versions of existing QCC tools and also a cutting edge creativity & innovation tool called ASIT.

TRIZ (Theory of Solving Problems Inventively)

A Russian acronym: Theoria Resheneyva Isobretatelskehuh Zadach which means:

  • Theory of Solving Problems Inventively.
  •  way of thinking
  • A family of tools, tool kits, and software

The “way of thinking” can ALWAYS be used, but the tools in the tool kit can be selected depending the nature of the problem, time available, etc.

Basic Concepts in the Tool Kit:

  • Systems evolve toward IDEALITY irreversibly
  • Using RESOURCES within the system or easily convertible
  • Resolving CONTRADICTIONS as they evolve
  • PATTERNS OF INVENTIONS/OPERATORS are constantly recognized and used
An important part of the theory has been devoted to revealing patterns of evolution and one of the objectives which has been pursued by leading practitioners of TRIZ has been the development of an algorithmic approach to the invention of new systems, and to the refinement of existing ones.
